Excellent!!!! Hostelworld Review, February 22nd 2015Caroline, Hostelworld, Germany
I booked a two night stay in Dublin for my sister and I from 26th - 28th Feb. We chose Abbey Court for the location, right in the centre of Dublin, and for the price, i think we payed around £11 a night each for a 24 bedroom mixed dorm. It is honestly one of the best hostels i have ever stayed in and the staff just excelled themselves with their customer service. The hostel is super clean, whenever i walked to and from reception / the bathrooms there was always a member of staff cleaning away. The bathroom and showers were always kept very clean which was great. Location was perfect, just across the bridge which is next to the hostel is Temple Bar, there are cafes and pubs all around and O'connell street ten seconds from the entrance. Great for when wandering home from the Backpackers Pub Crawl! The hostel is so sociable and great for (nice!) big groups to stay in, there is a huge kitchen and eating area downstairs, a bar, hammock room, outside area, cinema room, and probably loads more that we didnt discover! Free breakfast was yummy, with a coffee or tea to go with it and lots of lovely fruit. The staff were so helpful, taking our dirty plates for us and refilling the food station regularly. Couldn't recommend this hostel enough, and wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next stay in Dublin. Read more
WE LOVE ABBEY COURTTripadvisor, March 14th 2015
This hostel looks amazing, but when you get in it's really cool! The staff are kidding all the time and always show u the best smile, also they explain you everything about the hostel. Inside is plenty of amazing graffittis and the common rooms are very confortable for soending your time talking with other travelers. The location is in one of principal streets, close to train and bus station, pubs, Spire...I always return to this hostel, I can't remember how many times I booked bed in this hostel! Read more

This is a very nice hostel, with plenty of people, and a great mood! breakfast is great, and the location is really good too. The staff is really generous and fun, is a different environment from the one you would get in other hostels like Jacobs. Here you have a homey mood with a lot of people to share and meet! Read more

“Very well located in the centre of Dublin, youth hostel with a lot of furnitures (cinema room, PC room, play room) and a lot of offers (free WIFI and breakfast, free walking city tour..) and very clean share areas such as showers and toilets. Heating works very well (journey in December). And the good price-quality ratio makes The Abbey Court Hostel a really good place to go for a trip between friends !” Read more
